1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to every order placed via www.ddking.be, excluding jewelry from the Ethicarat collection (see art. 11). By placing an order, the customer explicitly accepts these terms.

2. Offer

All products are described as accurately and completely as possible. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly. Offers are valid while supplies last or within the specified period.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted after email confirmation. Payment must be made electronically using the available methods. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4. Prices & VAT

All prices are listed in euros (€).

For original artworks made by DDKing, the reduced VAT rate of 6% applies (Art. 1 Royal Decree No. 20).
For prints, reproductions, merchandise, or services, the standard VAT rate of 21% applies.
Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout.

5. Processing & Delivery

See our shipping policy for full details.

Processing time: up to 14 calendar days, depending on stock, finishing, and packaging.
Shipping: via recognized couriers (bpost, DHL, UPS…).
Costs: vary by weight, size, and destination. Larger or heavier works (over 60x60 cm or 5 kg) incur higher fees.
All artworks are shipped insured.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, unless:

The item is personalized or custom-made (Art. VI.53, 3° WER).
It involves digital downloads that have already begun.

Return costs and risks are borne by the customer. Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original state.

7. Complaints & Returns

In case of damage or dissatisfaction, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@ddking.be with clear photos.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds are made only for correctly returned items.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

Delivery delays caused by third parties
Damage due to misuse
Errors due to incomplete or incorrect customer data

Our liability is limited to the order value.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (strikes, government measures, illness, pandemics, natural disasters…), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel delivery without compensation.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, texts, concepts, and artworks on this site are the property of DDKing and protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Purchases via Ethicarat

For jewelry from the Ethicarat x DDKing collection:

Purchases are made via ethicarat.com
Ethicarat is fully responsible for processing, shipping, warranties, and returns
These transactions are governed by their own terms and conditions

DDKing is not the seller and bears no responsibility for these orders.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by Belgian law.
Competent court: Court of Ghent, Oudenaarde division, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
