Refund Policy

1. Scope
   This refund policy applies to all purchases made via www.ddking.be, with the exception of jewelry from the Ethicarat collection (see point 5). By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
   As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason, unless it concerns:

• Custom-made or personalized artworks

• Digital works for which delivery has already started

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you physically receive the product.

1. How to Request a Refund
   To request a refund:

• Send an email to info@ddking.be with your order number and name.

• Indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• You will then receive confirmation and return instructions.

1. Conditions for Refund

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Any damage or incomplete return may result in a depreciation of the refund.

• The customer bears the cost and risk of the return shipment.

• Once the product is received in good condition, we will issue the refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

1. No Refunds For:

• Custom-made / personalized artworks

• Digital content that has already been delivered

• Jewelry from the Ethicarat collection (see below)

1. Jewelry via Ethicarat
   The sale of jewelry is handled exclusively through our partner Ethicarat. Returns and refunds for these items are entirely governed by their own terms and conditions.
