My experience at the AI Design Awards
Some journeys last only a few days, yet leave a trace that lingers far longer.

My trip to Barcelona for the AI Design Awards was one of those moments.
What began as a short journey grew into an intense experience filled with art, encounters, conversations, and unexpected emotions.
Reunion, connection, belonging
From the very first moment, Barcelona felt warm. There was the reunion with friends and fellow artistswho share the same passion for image, technology, and emotion.
But there was also a deeply personal moment:seeing my cousin Stewie again after almost twenty years. Some encounters reach deeper than words can explain. They remind you where you come from—and why you continue to create.

Inspiration and recognition
The days brought inspiration, including a visit to IDEAL,and a gala evening that made one thing clear:the strength of this community lies not in competition, but in connection.
Still, there were recognitions to be grateful for.During the AI Design Awards I received:
a silver medal in Design & Objects
a finalist place in Architecture
two Special Recognitions in Conceptual & Fine Art
one Special Recognition in Sci-Fi & Fantasy
and, unexpectedly, a special Legends medal
Honestly?Medals are beautiful. But they are not the most important thing.
What truly remains

What echoes the longestare the people. The late-night conversations. The new friendships. The feeling of belonging to an international communitythat lifts each other forward instead of holding back.
That is where the real value lies. Not in metal or certificates, but in connection.
Looking ahead
I return from Barcelona with gratitude, with renewed energy, and with the quiet awareness that this is only a waypoint.
The road continues.New exhibitions.New encounters.New stories waiting to be born.
But one thing I know for certain:these few days in Barcelonawill remain foreveras a memory that gently endures.
Grateful. Humble. Ready for what comes next.DDKing
