Shipping Policy

1. Scope
This shipping policy applies to all purchases made through www.ddking.be, except for jewelry from the Ethicarat collection. For those items, please refer to the shipping terms of our exclusive partner, Ethicarat.

2. Shipping of artworks
We ship original artworks and prints from Belgium, with great care and protective packaging.

• Processing time: Orders may take up to 14 calendar days to process, depending on availability, finishing, and packaging.

• Shipping partner: Large or heavy pieces (e.g., paintings 100x100 cm or more) are shipped via a trusted courier (bpost, DHL, or equivalent).

• Shipping costs:

  • For works up to 5 kg and 60x60 cm: €12 within Belgium, €20 for neighboring countries

  • For larger/heavier works (>5 kg or >60x60 cm): €30 within Belgium, €45 for neighboring countries

  • Worldwide shipping on request

• Insured delivery: All artworks are shipped with insurance by default.

3. Shipping of jewelry via Ethicarat
DDKing collaborates exclusively with Ethicarat, a brand focused on ethically crafted luxury jewelry made from recycled gold and lab-grown gems.

• Jewelry purchases are made directly through Ethicarat.

• Ethicarat is fully responsible for processing, delivery, shipping, and returns of these orders.

• Their shipping policy is available at www.ethicarat.com.

4. International shipping
International shipping of artworks is available. Pricing depends on size and weight. Please contact us in advance for a quote.

5. Delays & exceptions
While we aim for timely delivery, external factors (e.g. holidays, courier delays) may affect shipping times. You will always be kept informed.
